What is the payment plan?
20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% upon handover. The signed sales agreement determines the exact instalments and dates.
When is handover expected?
2028 is the expected handover date supplied for this offer. It is subject to the developer’s schedule and your sales agreement, and is not a completion guarantee.
Can I buy remotely with a passport?
A valid passport can identify a non-resident buyer, and remote procedures exist in Dubai. Additional documents, compliance checks, proof of funds or a power of attorney may be required. Eligibility must be confirmed for the transaction.
Are rental income and capital gains tax-free?
Qualifying personal real estate investment income, including rent and disposal proceeds, is generally outside UAE corporate tax. Tax treatment depends on ownership and activity. Your country of residence may impose tax. DLD registration fees, service charges and other costs still apply.
Are there guarantees against unpaid rent or occupancy problems?
No. Dubai has rental regulation and dispute-resolution procedures, but unpaid rent, vacancy and possession disputes remain possible. Neither returns nor capital protection are guaranteed.
